I don't think my arthritis and headaches are from food. I think it's from stress, psychology, spiritual and sleep and lack of stretching and movement. Perhaps more sleep, Accepting myself, forgiving myself, relaxing, being grateful l is the better solution to this world of physical pain. Thats what it feels like to me for this last leg in recovery. I don't feel like eliminated the foods will get to the heart of the problem. But I am willing to try anything. Everything is so mysterious. I don't know.
