I just had a 3 egg omelette with salsa, mushrooms and one Adeles sausage. 

45 minutes earlier I had a few leaves of romaine lettuce with Majestic garlic vegan, soy-free, gluten-free raw dip (its mostly fat). 

Now I am having half of my one portion of Acai beverage. 

This feels a lot like Atkins to me.

Later tonight I am going to have mexican stew (it will have beans). It will have a half pound of meat.

Let's see...my phone went out on me. So I didn't get a chance to upload certain things.

I had some more trail mix today.... Maybe twice. Then I had spicy Mexican chicken stew.... Vegetables, beans chicken and a half pound of ground lamb.... Delicious.

Later I had a 1/3 of chicken.
