So, I keep waking up with arthritis. I haven't been taking my glucosamine chondroitin, msm, collagen supplement. Also, I am not getting enough water and I haven't been taking supplements like fish oil. So, I want to get back to where I was at before. I don't want to cut corners. I know it's not working out too much because I haven't been and the arthritis has been in the wrists.
I am trying to meditate for ten minutes a day by looking at a candle. It may help me bring on sleep faster.
I have been getting a lot of gas. The smelly kind. I cut eggs out of my diet. Now I am thinking about cutting out nuts and coconut milk. If I had to guess I would say first coconut milk, then eggs and then nuts but they all add gas. I haven't been feeling focused or productive lately. I wish I could have caffeine or something tomorrow.
I don't post as many photos anymore because it's tiring. But i will keep trying Everyday I have bee pollen though and some vitamins. I have to note that the marinade in the Rubios salad had soy. I ate it twice this week. Maybe there is a connection.
