TODAY

I had a good workout in the water today.  I swam for 65 of the 75 minutes I was in the water.  The other 10 minutes was rest.

 

YESTERDAY

Yesterday, I did about 40 minutes of boxing. 

Last night I finished my back weights routine.  14 sets in all.  I also did 14 sets of biceps in the morning with boxing for a 1:30 hours.  Stretching last night in the SAUNA at 9:30-10:30 PM messed me up.  When I am in the Sauna too long when it is after dinner, usually makes it difficult for me to sleep.  That is what happened.  I only slept 6 hours.  The next day I woke up pretty tired.
